28Parking Enforcement Team (P.E.T.)The Department of Justice recognizes the Parking Enforcement Team in the state of San Andreas as a legitimate Law Enforcement Team who's body of members within said team are limited to the following powers in the state of San Andreas: The power to write parking tickets, The power to engage a parking offender in a vehicle/foot pursuit if the alleged criminal is attempting to evade their parking ticket, The power to impound vehicles commiting a parking violation if it impeds the mobility of a citizen to traverse the state of San Andreas in a lawful manner, The power to defend themselves from attacks on their person or any other types of threats from someone that intends to commit bodily harm against them, and the ability to file a PHPPODA BOLO (Proactive High Probability Parking Offender Deterrence Act) against anybody they deem to be a suspect of being a parking offender.
