The following handbook contains all information you will need in order to succeed and pass the academy in the San Andreas State Police. You should learn and know this information before attending an academy training.
I. Introduction
A. Mission Statement: The mission of the San Andreas State Police is to partner with the community, proactively prevent crime, enforce the law fairly, and enhance the public’s trust through transparency and accountability.

II. Inspection
A. Uniforms: For the duration of your time in the academy, you will wear the Class A uniform. Campaign hats are required at the rank of cadet. When you complete your training, campaign hats are optional. Uniforms can be found in SASP Uniform & Loadout Structure | PGN.
B. Vehicles: All cadets are required to utilize the motorpool vehicle assigned to them in the motorpool. All information for your vehicle can be found in SASP | Motorpool guide. License plates will be formatted as “SASP (Motorpool Number)”. For example, SASP 080. Motorpool vehicles can be found in SASP Motorpool Database. Ensure your vehicle follows all guidelines before the training.

D. Keybind Setup: A few key binds that are to be setup are listed below:
Any and all questions can be asked in the discord in the “needs-training-chat”. All training sessions are announced in “cadet-announcements”. Training sessions are held on the availability of the ATO’s. All cadets have 30 days to complete training and 13 days to complete ride-alongs or they will be terminated.
